Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Oversized & Custom Items
Some larger items such as wheelchairs and rehabilitation equipment may require additional shipping time and costs due to their size and weight. Any additional charges will be communicated before your order is confirmed.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
